READY, SET, GO –
Kick-off Workshop for New Apprentices
Starting working life marks the beginning of a new chapter – exciting, but also challenging. Many apprentices are unsure about what to expect: new rules, new expectations and new roles.
In this kick-off workshop, young people gain confidence for their first steps in vocational training. They learn what is expected of them, how to interact professionally with trainers, colleagues and supervisors, and how to contribute their own strengths from the very beginning.
The aim is to provide orientation, build self-confidence and create a strong foundation for successful vocational training.
