CONFIDENT COMMUNICATION AND PRESENCE –
Making an Impact with Body Language, Voice and Personal Confidence
Being confident does not mean always having the perfect answer or being the loudest person in the room. It means expressing yourself clearly, recognising your own strengths and remaining composed in unfamiliar or challenging situations.
In this workshop, apprentices explore how they are perceived by others and how body language, voice and communication influence their impact.
Through practical exercises, they learn to present themselves more confidently, speak more clearly and respond with greater assurance in everyday workplace situations.

How Does the Company Benefit?
Apprentices communicate more clearly and confidently with colleagues, supervisors and customers.
They become more aware of how their behaviour affects others and are better able to express their ideas, questions and concerns appropriately.
This supports professional cooperation, strengthens personal responsibility and helps young people participate more actively in everyday working life.
What Makes This Workshop Different
The workshop combines internal self-confidence with visible communication skills.
It is not about teaching participants to perform a role or appear artificially dominant. Instead, apprentices develop a confident style that fits their personality.
Body language, voice and communication are explored through direct experience rather than abstract theory. Practical exercises and individual feedback make changes immediately noticeable.
What Apprentices Appreciate About This Workshop
Apprentices have the opportunity to try out new behaviours in a supportive environment without being judged or put under pressure.
They often notice that small changes in posture, voice or wording can make a significant difference.
The workshop helps participants recognise their strengths, reduce uncertainty and develop greater confidence in their own abilities.
International Perspectiv
Body language, communication styles and expectations regarding confident behaviour can differ between cultures and organisations.
The workshop can therefore be adapted to the cultural context and communication practices of the participants.
For international groups, it can also explore how confidence and professional presence are perceived in German companies and how misunderstandings can be avoided in intercultural workplace situations.
